With a long standing reputation for personal integrity, dependability and craftsmanship Mike has dedicated himself to the construction industry for over 30 years. He has supervised, planned, designed and managed construction projects of varied sizes and budgets. Extensive experience in custom home construction includes involvement in over 500 homes, ranging in size from 1200 sq/ft to over 22,000 sq/ft as well as commercial additions and buildings, including site development. Mike inspires each team member to bring out their best and earn the client’s respect and satisfaction by delivering the highest level of service. In an ever changing industry Mike has continued forging ahead of competitors through continuous education in all the latest technologies; and is one of the few Certified Green Professionals leading a Michigan-based company. Through the never-ending quest to refine his skills, and the influence throughout our team at Legacy Custom Builders, Mike has truly built a company that will fulfill every customers need now and in the future.

Dano Prezioso

Vice President and Co-Founder, Legacy Custom Builders, Inc.

Dano Prezioso graduated from Lawrence Institute of Technology in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Dano brings knowledge from his prior experience employed as a Civil Engineer for the City of Livonia, Land Surveyor and Private Civil Engineer for Michael L. Priest & Associates and Building Superintendent for Camborne Construction. Dano oversaw commercial construction projects such as strip malls, car washes and light industrial buildings, as well as, residential construction of single family homes and senior living complexes. Dano Prezioso is the son of an Italian immigrant father who taught him about the building industry where he gained the knowledge and experience as a building supervisor for the family owned company, Italo-American Building Corporation. Dano, along with Michael Schuyler, carried on the family’s legacy of building custom quality homes and co-found Legacy Custom Builders of Northville Michigan.
